Proxy1Media's Pay-Per-Click Process

Here at Proxy1Media we Guarantee that your Pay-Per-Click account will be Set Up & Managed by a Google Adwords Professional. This is different from standard "Agency Protocol," because even the largest firms (especially the largest) often have a junior (non-certified person) setting up & running your PPC campaign with only minor supervision by a certified person. Not Us!

We consider ourselves a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Company first, a Marketing Agency second, and a web design company third.

We have consistent clients spending $500/mo. to as much as $5,500 a day and our management fees range between 8% & 30% a month.

 

All PPC Campaigns have three cost components:

1) Setup Fee

2) Your Payment to Google or Search Engine of choice (Click Costs)

3) A management Fee for assuring the account is performing at its greatest potential.

 

a) Our Set Up Fee is a ONE-Time Fee!

b) Our Suggested Spend for your account will vary according to your budget and the surrounding competition.

c) Our Management fee will depend on your monthly spend, amount of ads, ad groups, key words needed to be successful.

 

What does the Setup Fee Cover?

Account Setup will be created or taken over and efforts focused on Increasing Conversions, Decreasing Cost-per-Conversions. Ads will be constantly tested and optimal key words will be chosen. We will review the account a minimum of once a week to report Account Matrix for the first month along with monthly written analysis and then bi-monthly after the first month.

 

What does the Management Fee cover?

Reports Each week for the first month. Account Matrix Reports will be delivered via email along with a once a month, written analysis. After 1st month Matrix reporting will go to bi-monthly (ever other Friday). Matrix Reports will have Stats from Google and a Monthly written analysis will have a current outcome definition and forecasted plan-of-action for next month.

Monthly report always includes:
Page 1 (numbers)
1) Total spend
2) Total budget
3) Top performing (or clicked) keywords
4) Top performing (or clicked) ads
5) Revenue from PPC
6) ROAS / Return On Ad Spend (if their tracking is working)
7) Timeline graph of monthly ROAS

Page 2  (written)
1) summary of previous month
2) Actionable goals for next month

Suggestions during this reporting will be sent (as we get them) to the admin of website for changes to be made to increase conversions and lower cost-per-click on a case by case basis. We will attempt to manage these suggestions on our end first, and if any immediate changes need to take place for the account or the website we will get them over within a 12-hr period.

All Account Management Fees are Pre-Paid for each month. We can adjust your monthly spend according to your success and budget and the management fees will be adjusted as well (unless we are doing a flat fee, which is available)

We do not guarantee a Cost per Conversion Acquisition referred to as (CPA).

We do guarantee we will run your ads on normal PPC Channels and also the content network by a Google-Certified Professional 100% of the time.

 

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY: A major credit card is required for any hosting or PPC Setup and management. Packages that include a PPC campaign require a separate fee paid to each engine of choice. Domain name registration, Design fees, Local Search Placement, PPC Setup/Management & SEO fees are non-refundable.
